Here's my look at some economic stupidity.

If corporations really want to have an economic bailout, then there should be a really serious catch to it. I'd say that if you want your company to be insured by the government on the taxpayer dollar, than all those people in the executive tier of the company should agree to have their own personal economic holding subject to seizure if something goes terribly wrong. (Afterall, shouldn't responsibility come with the position? Apparently there isn't any at the moment, and that's why all this stuff is f'd up.) It shouldn't be the pension of those who worked to build the companies that get burned if there's a fire, but rather those strings on the golden paracutes are really what needs to be cut off. At least that's my take on it.

Apparent status of the economy...

Because we should know it for what it is. Anyhow, my own little prediction for what might happen actually looks back to late 1980's Argentina. Hopefully someone should look at the lessons already learned, and try to work from there.

Of course if the situation ever gets to the point of looking really really stupidly bad, these might be handy things to have. (BTW, everything linked would definitely be useful in a limited-resource Mad Max type environment. Hopefully it never goes there.)

Obama's "Lipstick on a Pig" comment made me LoL.

Anyhow, regardless of how he meant it, there's some truth behind it. Everybody's to focused on how gussied up and pretty Palin is and what nice tatas she has or what other deviant thoughts her visage inspires (For us guys at least. Yeah she is a MILF/cougar in looks, so why deny it.) But by focusing only on her physical appearance, the media seems to forget some of the crazy stuff in her political stances and background. (Abortion stance, hints of abuse of power, that kind of stuff.) Those kind of things might be ok for Alaska, where it's mostly backwoods type country. (Not like she's going to be laying down state law heavy if someone does the contrary to what she wants in Nunaavut or whatever. More likely than not the authorities would never know, and if they do, it's just too much ground to cover.) But if she tries to back-up those positions behind some of the wackier ideals on the national or world scene, I don't think simply waving those nice plump tatas in peoples faces will go that far.

Guys just need to think about her stance on the issues with the big head, not the little one.
